Hello Spring! While all the seasons in Cape May are beautiful, Spring is one of our favorites. Why? Because the flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and summer is just around the corner!  

If you’re looking to visit Cape May before the crowds roll in, now is a great time. We’ve compiled a list of the top happenings and things to do in and around Cape May. Check them out.

  1. Combo Trolley & Physick Estate Tour 

Beginning March 26th, Cape May MAC is offering a guided combo tour of Cape May’s Historic District and the Physick House Museum. Tickets also include admission to the Carriage House Gallery at the Physick Estate. The tour lasts approximately two hours and tickets cost $35 adults and $25 children (ages 3-12). 2. Shamrock-N-Roll

Throughout the entire month of March, Exit Zero Filling Station is offering Irish decor, drinks, and cuisine. Some of the specials include green lights, the Irish Potato cocktail, Potato and Leek soup. If you tell your server “I’m a leprechaun” you’ll receive a special offer Monday-Thursday. 3. Chef Brian’s Bountiful Easter Brunch

On April 4, 2021, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, the Willow Creek Winery & Farm will be hosting an Easter Brunch with Chef Brian. For $45 per person, you’ll receive a starter, a main, a dessert, Coffee & Tea, Juice, Croissant & Muffin. Reservations are required and limited for social distancing seating. 4. Brunch with the Easter Bunny 

Looking to celebrate Easter in Cape May with the whole family? Hop on over to Exit Zero Filling Station on Sunday, April 4th for their Easter Brunch. Kids can take a photo with the Easter Bunny and enjoy brunch. Indoor brunch dining is first-come, first-serve, but you can make reservations for Exit Zero’s ski tents or their private dining trailers ($25 for couples and $50 for 3-6 people). 5. Cape May Brewing Co 

On April 2nd, Cape May Brewing Co. is hosting a beer release party for their new brews - boat Ramp Champ. The release party, which will occur from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, will also feature the reopening of their Brewtanical Garden for the summer season and live music! For more information, click here.

6. Exit Zero Jazz Festival 

From April 23-25 Exit Zero is hosting the annual Exit Zero Jazz Festival on the Cape May Ferry Grand Green Space. There will be music each fest day from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. This year’s Hop Pass venues include Cape May Convention Hall Beach, Cape May Brewing Company, Hawk Haven Winery, and Nauti Spirits Distillery. 7. Nothing Matters - East Lynne Theater Play

From April 12th through May 9th the play, Nothing Matters, put on by the East Lynne Theater is available to stream every day at 8:00 PM EST. 8. Cape May Annual Spring Festival 

The New Jersey Audubon is hosting its 44th annual Cape May Spring Festival. This year, this springtime birding event will be a hybrid event with a mix of virtual and in-person presentations and live streamings. Some of this year’s event highlights include featured/keynote speakers like Mark Garland who will speak about Cape May and pandemic birding, Kelly Goodale of the US Fish and Wildlife Service on the story of Hawaii’s favorite bird, and more.
