Each side of this large duplex features 4.5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.  Rent Grant Street Sunrise along with Grant Street Sunset to accommodate 22 people with a total of 9 bedrooms and 8 baths!  TVs are in the master suites and living rooms and the entire house is air-conditioned and zoned by floor.

The beach is the designated life-guard beach. The house is less than two short blocks to the ocean and the Washington Street Mall. Enjoy Congress Hall shopping as you are in the hub of town and all its attractions!  This home is convenient to everything. The home is 15 years young and the layout promotes comfort and convenience. Everything you need is there except you and your family and friends! The backyard is fenced in w/picnic tables and grill ready for croquet and a bar-b-que. There is an outside shower for your convenience when returning from the beach. Enjoy the front porch to sit and smell the ocean breeze!

 Short walk to the beach, with nice waves for boogie boarding, reading a book, or taking a walk. Walking distance to many restaurants, and for the athletic, an easy bike ride to sunset beach. A relaxing week had by all. Looking forward to next year."
